How long I keep information
I retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for

line with my internal retention policy and the GDPR storage limitation
principle, I generally retain personal data for up to six (6) years from the
date of our last interaction with you, unless a longer retention period is
required or permitted by applicable law.

I am subject to a common law duty of confidentiality. However, there are
circumstances where I will share relevant health and social care information.
