I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation. This gives you space to ask questions, share a little about what is bringing you to therapy, and get a sense of how I work.
There is no pressure to commit during the call. If you would like to move forward, you are welcome to let me know afterwards via email.

Short-term therapy can be helpful if you would like to focus on a specific issue or develop coping strategies for a current difficulty.
This approach can provide structure and clarity, helping you work towards particular goals within an agreed timeframe. We can discuss together whether this format feels suitable during our initial consultation.


SPACE FOR DEEPER EXPLORATION
Longer-Term Therapy
Longer-term therapy may feel appropriate if you would like a more open and exploratory process.
This can allow space to understand long-standing relational patterns, unconscious processes, and the deeper roots of emotional difficulties. The pace is guided by you, allowing time to reflect, process, and gradually build awareness.
